How long will my order take?
Standard orders ship in about 4 weeks. Rush orders ship in about 2 weeks. USPS transit then usually takes 2 to 5 business days. Your exact estimated ship date is on your receipt.
Can I see what it will look like?
Yes. The product page preview updates as you choose a color, design, name and thread. The same details are saved with your order and that is what we stitch from.
What if I spelled the name wrong?
Reply to your receipt within 24 hours and we will fix it before stitching starts. After stitching starts we cannot change it.
Can I return a personalized item?
Personalized items cannot be returned for choices made when ordering. If we made a mistake or it arrived damaged, send a photo within 7 days and we will remake it or refund you.
How do I wash it?
Machine wash cold, inside out, on gentle. Tumble dry low or lay flat. Do not iron directly on the embroidery.
Can you ship straight to the recipient?
Yes. Tick "This item is a gift", add a message, and we leave prices off the packing slip. Gift wrap is available.
Which payment methods do you take?
All major cards, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay on supported devices. Pay-later options appear at checkout when available.
Where is my order?
Use Track your order with your order number and email, or the link in any of our emails.
