Materials ordered
Within 2 business days we order the blank pieces for your order and they head to our studio.
Expected by Tuesday, October 13. - Step 3 of 5
In the studio
Your materials arrive and we stitch and check every piece. You get an email when we start.
Expected about Tuesday, October 20. - Step 4 of 5
Shipped
Your package goes out with USPS and the tracking number is emailed to you.
Expected by about Saturday, November 7. - Step 5 of 5
Delivered
USPS Ground Advantage usually takes 2 to 5 business days after it ships. Priority Mail is faster.
Expected about November 10 to November 13.

Turnaround
Standard turnaround is currently 4 weeks from the day you order until it ships. Need it sooner? Choose Rush on the product page for about 2 weeks.
Shipping
We ship with USPS. At checkout you see live USPS prices for your address and choose the service. Tracking is emailed the moment your package ships.
Spelling
We stitch names exactly as typed. You confirm the spelling before it goes in your bag, and you can reply to your receipt within 24 hours to fix a typo.
